Advocate Donald Kipkorir wrote to the two leaders on behalf of Flex Air Charters on Friday demanding that they clear the outstanding arrears.

Lawyer Kipkorir said Business Aircraft Management Ltd that trades as Flex Air Charters instructed him to write to them over the unpaid cash.

The letter seen by Citizen Digital alleges that Governor Joho leased one of the company’s helicopters between October 7 and 17, 2016 and the total cost accrued was Ksh.4,434,768.


“Our instructions are that the sum of Ksh.2,534,768 is outstanding on the said sums which we have been instructed to demand its payment,” the letter reads.

Flex Air Charters is also demanding that Ngirici and her husband pay Ksh.3,886,387 which they allegedly owe the company.

The Ngiricis are alleged to have leased a chopper on diverse dates between May 8 and August 17, 2016.

They allegedly incurred a total bill of Ksh.5,850,547.
