Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer consent to CHEWS and household respondents;
Administer CHW questionnaire;
Abstraction of health facility data;
Visit selected households and conduct household interviews;
Enter data directly to an online database;
Conduct data quality verification in the field ; and
If data entered offline , ensuring they upload it online whenever they access internet.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Either university students or students from institution of higher learning who have completed at least 3 years in college.
Depending on the local societies, the correct mix of male and female members of the field team will be recruited.
This is because in some cultures, interviews can only be conducted between people of the same sex, and in others, data collectors must be accompanied by male stuff.
To be recruited, they MUST have a smart phone as almost all data will be entered directly onto an online mobile database.
FOCUS COUNTIES;

Busia, Isiolo, Kiambu, Kakamega Kisii and Nakuru.

Candidates who reside or are familiar with the culture and local language of any these counties will have an advantage in the application candidates should indicate the preferred counties.
